I test all my new machines out of the box when they are delivered to me so that I know they are fit for purpose. These machines are truly versatile - from free hand embroidery to sewing gently through leather. Internally they have a Cast Alloy chassis which makes them very robust.

I do understand how frustrating it can be when a machine you have purchased does not live upto the quality you'd expect from big brand machines & I have opened up some Brother machines recently to find just Plastic as the chassis that parts get screwed into - once I have told my customers how much trouble these will be & demonstrate what a very decent machine should be like; they have walked away with a brand new machine that gets a free service at 12 months.
